Reservations:

Bookings for the months of June through August are from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is noon.

A deposit of 25% is due upon booking, 25% 6 months prior to arrival and the balance of 50% at the time of check-in.

Upon booking, you will receive an email confirmation for the dates and rental price.

A security deposit of $1,000.00 is required at check-in. Should there be no damage/breakage the security deposit will be refunded "in full" within 5 days after departure.

Book ferry reservations as far in advance as possible as the slots get filled quickly during June-August. Click the Steamship Authority for the schedule and to book passage.  You'll board in the quaint town of Woodshole, Ma for the 45 minutes ferry ride to either Vineyard Haven or Oak Bluffs.

Cape Air is another alternative with daily flights from Boston, New Bedford, Hyannis and Providence, RI.
